Dear customer,
As part of our ongoing efforts to further optimize our technical infrastructure and maintain our high level of service quality, the control system of the emergency power supply at our DUS1 site in Düsseldorf, Germany, will be replaced.
The maintenance is scheduled to take place from September 02, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. until approximately 2:00 p.m. on September 03, 2026.
During this period, the emergency power supply system will be out of service for approximately six hours. However, a temporary replacement generator will be provided to ensure continuous availability. Because this work has been carefully prepared with appropriate technical and organizational measures, no impact on regular operations is expected.
